Class Types
BOOM! Cycle (1 Credit)
Either 45, 60 or 75 minutes of our very own brand of kick-butt cardio across flats and up hills, please refer to our instructor profiles for more details on the class style.
BodyBOOM! (1 Credit)
In addition to being a fun and effective cycle class, this session incorporates strength training of the upper body and core by using small hand weights in the rhythmic spirit of choreography.
Turbo Cycle (1 Credit)
Souped up riding! A 60min intensive session aimed at seriously increasing fitness, endurance, and pain management!!
1st timers - 45 minute class (1 Credit)
All the kick-butt cardio in a normal 45 minute class but with extra attention to bike set-up and correct riding positions. This class is great for those new to indoor cycling or those who just want a bit of a refresher.
2 hour ride (2 Credits) & 3 hour ride (3 Credits)
With longer intervals, this is the perfect class for those looking for the ultimate challenge.

Hip Hop Ride* (1 Credits)
Taking you on a historial journey of the Hip Hop homelands, expect a tough ride with even stronger beats.

Disco Cycle* (1 Credits)
Denis & Gerard bust out some of their finest moves and grooves taking in the best of the 70's.
